Fee Structure
MILLENNIUM bases its fees on a percentage of assets under management, hourly charges, and fixed fees. Investment management fees are billed quarterly, in advance or arrears. The hourly rate for limited scope engagements and tax preparation work performed separately from an Advisory Service Agreement or a Retainer Agreement is $150-$250 and is negotiable. New Advisory Service Agreement fees are calculated on a formula basis and adjusted for complexity of individual situations, based on gross income, gross assets and other financial considerations.
