For indirect clients through a Financial Advisor or Wrap Program, fees are negotiable but typically do not exceed 0.50% per year, with a $100,000 minimum. For non-discretionary model programs, fees typically do not exceed 0.35% per year. Fees are exclusive of custodian fees, brokerage commissions, and other related costs.
