Fee Structure
Fees are negotiated with the client and are based on a percentage of plan assets under management, a fixed dollar amount, or a combination of both. Fixed dollar fees will not exceed $300,000 per year and asset-based fees will not exceed 2% annually. The firm may charge a plan onboarding fee not to exceed $50,000. Additional consulting services will be billed at either an hourly rate not to exceed $500 per hour, or as a flat fee.
