Fee Structure
For 401(k) plans, the asset fee is 0.55% of plan assets, billed quarterly in arrears. Fees are negotiable. For individuals, there are several options: $8,000/year retainer + 0.50% AUM, $5,000/year retainer + 0.70% AUM, or $550 per hour. Fees may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
