WSC offers a wrap-fee program where clients pay a single annual fee based on their portfolio's value, covering advisory, custody, and brokerage services. The fee is subject to negotiation but is based on an annualized rate of up to 1.5%. Fees vary based on client type, pre-existing relationships, assets under management, and service requirements. Clients may incur additional expenses for mutual funds, ETFs, and ETNs. The fee does not include exchange fees, SEC fees, transfer taxes, or certain brokerage-related fees.
