Highline manages private funds that are subject to various fees and expenses, including management fees (up to 1% of AUM) and potentially performance-based incentive fees. Flat rate fees typically range between $2,500 to $20,000. These fees are assessed in arrears, on a quarterly or monthly basis, to the relevant Private Fund and not billed directly to each investor. The firm may only assess fees for the first five years of a fund's lifecycle, after which the investment management fees may adjust to zero percent (0%).
