Ongoing financial planning consists of an initial set-up fee ranging between $600 and $4,500 and an ongoing monthly fee of $100-$1,000. Asset-based fees range from 1.00% to 1.80% of assets managed by a third-party investment manager, with Communitas receiving up to 1.00 percentage point of the total fee rate. For accounts under $25,000, a financial planning fee of up to one hour ($300) may be charged to set up the account.
