For investment supervisory services and assets held away, the annual cost is based on account size: 1.25% for $0 to $24,999,999, 1.125% for $25,000,000 to $49,999,999, 1.00% for $50,000,000 to $99,999,999, and customized/negotiable for amounts above $100,000,000. Advisory costs and account minimums may be negotiable in certain circumstances.
