NavPoint's fees may be based on a percentage of assets under management, fixed fees (ranging from $500 to $20,000 annually), hourly charges ($150-$600 per hour for special projects), or a combination. The firm retains the discretion to negotiate fees on a client-by-client basis. Fees are billed quarterly in advance, except for hourly fees, which are billed monthly in arrears or at the end of the project. Clients are also responsible for custodian and broker-dealer fees, as well as mutual fund and ETF fees.
