Fee Structure
Investment management fees are charged quarterly, in arrears, based on the average daily balance of assets under management. Fees range from 0.50% to 1.50% annually. There is a minimum annual fee of $6,000, which may be negotiable in certain circumstances. Financial planning as a standalone service is billed hourly at a rate of $145.00 to $400.00 per hour, depending on the planner and scope of advice.

Carmen assists clients with insurance and annuity needs through Jurs Montgomery Brokerage, BSI, Inc, and Cassaday & Co Wealth Management, LLC, dedicating a few hours per week to each of the first two and nearly full-time to the last. Carmen also co-owns a studio and an LLC for commercial property investment, but has no responsibilities in the latter.
