Financial planning projects are priced according to complexity, typically valued at $400-$600/hour.

Professionally, he is active in the Silicon Valley chapter of the Financial Planning association (FPA), where he serves on the program committee and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), where he has been designated as a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor. Rob has trained other fee-only financial planners at several NAPFA conferences, including the 2005 West Region and South Region events. One of Rob's financial planning case studies has been used for the capstone course in financial planning at the University of Georgia. As a member of the National Association of Investor's Corp. (NAIC), Rob developed investor education curriculum and has taught investment classes for the San Francisco chapter. Rob also previously served as a mentor for the Silicon Valley Planned Giving Council's Incubator Program, helping local non-profits develop their planned giving strategies.
