Fee Structure
Beacon Trust's fees are based on a percentage of assets under management. For equity strategies, the fee is 1.25% on the first $2 million, decreasing to 0.75% for amounts between $10,000,001 and $15,000,000, and is negotiable above $15,000,001. Fixed income strategies have a fee of 0.65% on the first $3 million and 0.55% above that. Special Needs Trusts have a fee of 1.50% on the first $3 million, 1.00% for $3,000,001 to $5,000,000, and 0.50% above $5,000,001. Fees are payable monthly. Accounts managed by TLFI prior to acquisition have a 1.00% annualized fee with a $250 quarterly minimum. Fees are subject to negotiation and may be discounted. The minimum investment is $500,000.
