Fees are negotiable and based on plan size, complexity, number of participants, and estimated meeting requirements. RPC charges up to 1.00% of plan assets annually, with a $15,000 minimum. Fixed fees may be charged instead of asset-based fees, generally not exceeding 1.00% of plan assets unless assets are less than $2,000,000. Fees are deducted from plan assets or billed quarterly. RPC may reduce or waive fees at its discretion.
