Fee Structure
LFI directs clients to third-party investment advisors and is compensated via a fee share. Fees are negotiable and disclosed to clients. They also offer a Cash Management Platform with a 0.50% fee, which is also negotiable. Alternative investment consulting fees vary depending on the sponsor, with some charging a flat fee ($2,500 annually for assets between $25,000 and $225,000) or a percentage (1.00% annually for assets over $250,000). LFI may direct clients to Synergy Asset Management LLC, Turner Capital Investments, LLC, Ignite Funding, Barrat Asset Management, Cantor Fitzgerald & Company, and REI Energy. The minimum investment for Turner Capital Investments, LLC is $100,000. For all other investments there is an account minimum requirement of $25,000. Clients are responsible for third-party fees.
