Investment Advisory fees may be reduced or waived for directors, officers, and employees of LIA at the discretion of management. These fees may be negotiated by LIA at its sole discretion.
Fee Estimator
LIA charges a quarterly management fee in advance based on the account's net asset value (NAV). The fee schedule is 2.00% for amounts under $50,000, 1.50% for amounts between $50,000 and $99,999, 1.00% for amounts between $100,000 and $999,999, and 0.75% for amounts $1,000,000 and above. Clients may choose to pay an hourly consultation fee of $150 instead. New separate accounts will be charged a set-up fee of $50. Accounts totaling less than $25,000 are accepted only at LIA's discretion.
