HMII offers investment management services through third-party investment advisory firms, with fees based on a percentage of assets under management. The specific fee depends on the chosen BNY or Envestnet portfolio strategy. For BNY portfolios, fees are assessed on a marginal basis, while Envestnet fees are charged on all assets at the next percentage rate once an asset level is achieved. There is generally a minimum of $10,000 for certain model strategies managed by BNY. HMII may negotiate with the TPIA a lower minimum initial investment for all Clients. Clients should understand that for such accounts, only certain model portfolios may be a vailable, and a higher asset -based management fee may be imposed. BNY may charge a termination fee ranging from $95.00 to $175.00 for a termination occurring in the first year after and account is opened.
