Fee Structure
Portfolio management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management (AUM), as detailed in the fee table. These fees are billed quarterly in arrears. A minimum of $250,000 of AUM is required, but this may be negotiable. Financial planning fees are fixed, ranging from $500 to $5,000, based on complexity and estimated hours. Consulting services are billed at $350 per hour. Clients are also responsible for custodian and broker-dealer fees. Insurance commissions are separate from advisory fees.
