Plan clients pay a fee based on a percentage of assets held in the Plan. Fees are charged in advance or arrears, either monthly or quarterly, as agreed upon. Fees are negotiable and may vary based on the size, complexity, and nature of the engagement. There is no minimum investment. The maximum annual advisory fee is 1.00%. Fees charged by the Advisor are separate from charges assessed by third parties.
