Fee Structure
Fees for investment management, family office, and retirement plan services are based on a percentage of assets under management, up to a maximum of 1.25%. Family Office Advisory Consulting services have a maximum fee of 1.00%. Fees are negotiable and may be fixed in certain cases. Consulting services are charged hourly ($150-$1,200) or fixed ($5,000-$300,000+), depending on complexity. TFO requires a $50,000 minimum annual fee for Wealth Management and Full Service Clients, but this may be waived at their discretion.
