The firm charges asset-based fees ranging from 0.25% to 2.00% per year, depending on the assets being managed. For model portfolios, the fee typically ranges from 0.15% to 0.50% per year. Fixed/flat fees or hourly fees are also available. Fees are negotiable and collected monthly in arrears. The firm requires a minimum investment of $250,000 for individual clients and closely held businesses, $5,000,000 for businesses and trusts, and $10,000,000 for institutional clients, but may reduce or waive these requirements at its discretion.
