Fees are subject to negotiation and can vary based on client type, asset class, pre-existing relationship, service levels, portfolio complexity, and account size. WTIA reserves the right to waive minimum account requirements. Fees for non-discretionary services including Model Delivery are generally determined considering the overall relationship and are subject to negotiation.
