The annual fee for portfolio management is based on a percentage of assets managed. The fee is 1.00% up to $1 million and 0.80% above $1 million. Fees are billed quarterly based on the previous quarter's market value. The advisory fee is negotiable based on individual client circumstances. There is no stated minimum dollar amount to open and maintain an advisory account, but Washburn Capital Management has the right to terminate your account if it falls below a minimum size which, in their sole opinion, is too small to effectively manage.
