NewEdge Wealth primarily charges a single “wrap” fee that includes advisory fees, brokerage and trading costs, commissions, custody fees, platform administration, reporting services, and investment management fees charged by Independent Managers and/or NEIS. Clients can choose an “unbundled” fee structure, paying separately for investment advice, brokerage services, and management fees. Fees vary based on the type, amount, and market value of assets under management, the complexity of the engagement, and the scope of services provided. Manager Fees for Independent Managers generally range from 0.10% to 1.50% of AUM. NewEdge can negotiate lower fees based on various factors.
