The annual fee is based on assets under management: 1.60% up to $100,000, 1.40% from $100,001 to $500,000, 1.20% from $500,001 to $1,000,000, and 1.00% over $1,000,000, with fees over $1,000,000 being negotiable. Fees are calculated daily and charged monthly in arrears. Non-digital advisory service fees range from 1% to 2% of the account's net asset value and are negotiable.
