Bridgeway charges advisory fees based on a percentage of the account's market value or a combination of asset-based and performance-based fees. Fees are negotiable under certain circumstances. Clients separately incur custody fees and brokerage costs. The fee schedule varies by strategy, with minimum annual fees per account. For example, Emerging Markets Small-Cap and Global Opportunities strategies have a 1.25% fee across all asset levels, with a $10 million account minimum and a $125,000 minimum annual fee. Emerging Opportunities strategy has an asset-based fee of 1.00% per year and performance-based fees. Clients must give 30 days' written notice to terminate the investment advisory agreement.
