Fee Estimator
Valmark charges an annual wrap fee based on assets under management, which includes trade execution costs but excludes certain regulatory and custodial fees. The advisory fee is negotiable between the client and the IAR, but will not exceed the stated percentages. The maximum annual fee is 1.95% for accounts less than $1,000,000, 1.75% for accounts between $1,000,001 and $2,000,000, and 1.50% for accounts above $2,000,001. Valmark may reduce or waive fees for certain clients. Minimum account sizes vary by program: $10,000 for TOPS® Core, and $100,000 for TOPS®, VWS Flex, and VWS Custom.
