MAMC charges an annual fee based on the value of assets managed, as shown in the table. The minimum quarterly fee is $3,125, but this may be waived or reduced. Fees are negotiable based on factors like the scope of the engagement and the length of the client relationship. Consulting services are available on an hourly basis ($250-$1,000/hour) or a flat rate ($1,000-$50,000), depending on the complexity. A portion of client assets may be managed using MAMC's Tax-Managed Core Equity strategies, which incurs an additional annual fee of 0.40%.
