Charter Oak charges an annual fee based on assets under management, billed quarterly in advance. The minimum quarterly fee is $1,250. Fees are negotiable but will not exceed 1.50% annually. Clients also incur brokerage commissions and other related costs. Financial planning services are typically included for portfolio management clients, but may be charged separately at a negotiated hourly rate or other agreed-upon structure.
