Fees are negotiable at CWA's sole discretion, and in certain cases CWA aggregates the assets under management of related accounts for purposes of determining which breakpoint applies.
Fee Estimator
CWA charges fixed fees, hourly charges, and a percentage of assets under management for its advisory services. Fees are negotiable at CWA's sole discretion. Full, comprehensive planning services are $10,000 for a one-professional household or $12,000 for a two-professional household. Ongoing annual financial planning fees range from $3,000 to $14,700 for a one-professional household, or up to $14,700 plus an additional $2,900 for additional businesses owned within the same household. Hourly fees are $500 per hour for out-of-scope work. For clients who have not engaged CWA for Business and Personal Financial Planning services and invest Personal Trust Assets in the T Bank Program, AUM fees are charged according to the following tiered schedule: First $1,000,000: 1.00% Next $2,000,000: 0.80% Next $2,000,000: 0.75% Next $5,000,000: 0.60% Next $5,000,000: 0.50% Next $5,000,000: 0.45% Next $5,000,000: 0.40% Over $25,000,000: 0.35% For clients who have engaged CWA for Business and Personal Financial Planning Services, UMA fees are a discounted flat rate of 0.55%.
