FAS charges a fee based on a percentage of assets under management, up to 1.50% per year, or a mutually agreed-upon flat dollar fee. A minimum quarterly fee of up to $1,250 ($5,000 annually) may apply, potentially making the cost prohibitive for clients with less than $500,000 of household assets. All fee arrangements are subject to negotiation. Financial planning services are offered on an hourly basis (up to $500/hour) or a fixed engagement fee (up to $25,000).
