Fee Structure
Eagle charges an annual percentage of assets under management for separate accounts. These fees are negotiable and vary based on client type, investment restrictions, and assets managed. The brochure provides fee schedules for institutional accounts only. Fees do not include custodian, consultant, brokerage, or exchange fees. Management fees for retail clients are typically 1.00% of assets under management for equity objectives, and from 0.30% to 0.50% for fixed income accounts. Some clients may aggregate related accounts to realize discounted management fees.
