IAA charges a single annual advisory fee for advisory services and execution of transactions in a wrap account. The maximum annual advisory fee is 2% of the market value of your account, including cash holdings. This fee may include Financial Planning and Consulting services. Advisory fees are negotiable. IAA may charge a lesser investment advisory fee based upon certain criteria.
