Fee Structure
The firm's only source of revenue is fees assessed to manage client assets. The annual fee for portfolio management is negotiable between the advisor and client, ranging between 0% and 2.5% of assets under management. Hourly billing is offered on a limited basis, not to exceed $500 per hour. Factors determining the fee structure include complexity of securities, number of meetings, travel required, time spent educating the investor, and research and planning. All client fees are negotiable and may vary. The Investment Advisor Representative or MDX Wealth can elect to waive a fee for an account in unique and special circumstances.
