Fee Structure
Potomac's Union Platform fees consist of a Platform Fee (0.20%-0.40% based on assets), a Client Advisor Fee (0.00%-1.50%), and a Strategy Fee (0.10%-0.80% for Non-Potomac and SMA Strategies). Potomac waives the Strategy Fee for Potomac Strategies, compensated through Potomac Funds. The total all-in fee will never exceed 2.50%. Clients are responsible for custodian fees and investment expenses. Fees may be negotiable.
