WEAS charges fees that may vary but will not exceed 2% per year of assets under management. Clients may also pay fees to separate managed account investment managers, potentially exceeding 2% in total. Fees are negotiable and depend on service complexity. WEAS may waive or discount fees for employees/relatives. Clients may pay transaction fees to broker-dealers. Platform fees apply when utilizing Fidelity Managed Account Xchange® (FMAX).
