Fee Structure
Lake Street charges an annual management fee, up to 2% of assets under management, for discretionary investment management services. For non-investment management clients or those needing disproportionate consulting, hourly or fixed fees are agreed upon. Financial consulting fees start at $2,500 on a fixed fee basis, then $100-$300 hourly. For assets under advisement (non-discretionary), fees are up to 1.5% annually.
