Shearson Financial Services uses a wrap fee based on the size of your account. The annual fee is 0.55% for accounts between $25,000 and $250,000, 0.50% for accounts between $250,001 and $1 million, 0.45% for accounts between $1,000,001 and $2 million, 0.40% for accounts between $2,000,001 and $3 million, 0.30% for accounts between $3,000,001 and $5 million, and 0.20% for accounts between $5,000,001 and $10 million. Fees are negotiable for accounts over $10 million. The minimum quarterly fee ranges from $30 to $90 per account based on services selected. Fees are charged as a percentage of assets under management and billed quarterly in advance.
