Fee Estimator
The annual fee for investment services is based on a percentage of your assets under management, billed quarterly in arrears. The fee schedule is 1.25% on the first $250,000, 1.00% on the next $1,750,000, 0.85% on the next $3,000,000, and 0.60% on amounts over $5,000,000. A minimum quarterly management fee of $25 applies (prorated monthly). Fees can be negotiable. Financial planning services are typically covered by management fees, but St. Germain reserves the right to charge separately for such services.
