The annual fee for wealth management services is a minimum of 1% of assets under management, with a minimum annual fee of $10,000. A minimum of $1,000,000 of assets under management is required for this service, though exceptions may be made. The fee schedule is 1% on the first $2,000,000, 0.60% on the next $3,000,000, and 0.50% above $5,000,000. Fees are subject to negotiation at Sigma's discretion. Fees are typically charged quarterly, in advance, based on quarter-end values.
