Janney's advisory fees are negotiable and typically billed quarterly in advance, based on a percentage of assets. The maximum Financial Advisor fee is 2.00%, but sub-advisory fees may apply depending on the program. Fees may be negotiated with the Janney Financial Advisor based on factors including the size of the Client’s account, other related accounts with Janney, the extent of services to be provided by Janney to the Client’s account, and the projected nature of trading in the Client’s account.
