Investment management fees for SDWMA Personal Financial Services are based on a percentage of assets under management. For accounts over $1,000,000, the annual fee starts at 1.00% on the first $1,000,000. Fees may be negotiable. Financial planning services are generally included for investment management clients with household assets above $1,000,000. Otherwise, financial planning fees may be charged as a fixed fee or hourly rate ($250-$350/hour). Retirement Solutions fees range from 0.20% to 1.00% of AUM or are negotiable as a flat or project fee. SD Advantage IRA Platform fees will not exceed 0.75% annually and may be negotiated.
