The fee is up to 2.75% on the first $1,000,000, up to 2.00% on the next $4,000,000 (between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000), and up to 1.25% on amounts over $5,000,001. Fees may be negotiable under certain circumstances, but will never exceed 2.75%.
