Fee Structure
Management fees are negotiable with each client and documented in the Investment Advisory Agreement. Herold generally charges 1% of the market value of assets under management. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. The managed account program fees are exclusive of brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs. There is no annual minimum fee or asset level required.
