Fees are negotiable and typically range between 1.0% and 2.25% annually, based on the market value of assets under management, the SMA program type, and the specific investment management services provided. The total fee includes compensation for WBI and an asset-based service fee paid to the Introducing Advisor. WBI may waive or credit management fees to avoid double-billing when clients invest in Affiliated ETFs.
