Fee Structure
MWA Financial Services offers transaction-based fees (commissions) for brokerage accounts and flat/hourly or asset-based fees for advisory accounts. Asset-based fees are charged quarterly as a percentage of assets under management. Custodial fees and product-related expenses (expense ratios) may also apply. 12b-1 fees are refunded to clients in Adviser Managed Accounts. Fees are negotiable based on level of assets invested and the time and complexity of your situation.
