CCA charges an annual investment management fee of up to 1.5%, billed quarterly or monthly, based on assets under management. The advisor who referred the account to CCA will also charge a fee. Both fees are mutually agreed upon and disclosed. Fees may be calculated on the last business day of the quarter or using the account's Average Daily Balance. The minimum account value is $100,000, except for qualified investors where the minimum is $5,000,000. TAMP fees range from 20 bps to 90 bps, sub-advisor fees range from 15 bps to 60 bps, and back office fees range from 10 bps to 25 bps depending on account size, underlying investment strategy, and custodian.
