ZCI's standard fee schedule applies to separately managed accounts, categorized as "Wealth Management" (minimum $5 million) and "Institutional" (minimum $25 million). The first $25 million (Wealth Management) or $50 million (Institutional) is charged at 1.00% annually. Fees for remaining assets over these amounts are negotiable. Accounts below the minimum may pay higher fees. ZCI may negotiate fees depending on client circumstances, charge a minimum fee, or charge fixed fees.
