Fee Structure
Asset management fees are a maximum of 2.50% annually, based on the engagement's scope and complexity. Financial planning and consulting are charged hourly (up to $500/hour) or flat fees ($500 to $25,000), based on the engagement. Retirement plan consulting fees do not exceed 1.00% of plan assets under management. Fees are generally prepaid quarterly, with direct debit from client accounts. The firm has an economic incentive to trade infrequently within a wrap fee program, because frequent trading lowers the firm’s profitability.
