Asset management fees are a maximum of 1.5% annually, negotiable based on various criteria. ERISA plan service fees also do not exceed 1.5% and are negotiable. Consulting services are either a flat fee ($500 to $5,000) or an hourly fee ($300/hour). Fees for asset management are billed monthly in advance. Consulting fees are 50% in advance, with the balance due upon plan delivery. There is no minimum account size required.
