Dimensional's advisory fees vary based on client circumstances, investment strategies, account size, and other factors. The brochure provides fee ranges for general investment strategy categories. Fees and minimum account sizes are negotiable. Independent Financial Advisor Facilitated Separate Accounts have a maximum advisory fee of 0.29% per year, with a potential additional 0.10% Overlay Fee for rebalancing and tax management services (ending around April 1, 2025). Clients may incur brokerage commissions, custodial fees, and other transaction costs in addition to advisory fees.
